Sigs & Avs... TOO BIG.

I'm not going to go all mean dictator admin. on you guys, but let's try to resize the HUGE sigs & avs.

Normal av size = 100×100

Normal sig size = 500×300 at the most (length-wise it can be bigger, but the height should really be 500 pixels or less)

It's just getting kind of annoying to scroll through.
